How to turn off Compatibility View in IE

Is the system continuously waiting and not allowing you to login to your site?

Are your sites where you are enrolled not displaying on your dashboard?

Your IE Browser might be using Compatibility View which could be causing these issues.

If you are using version IE 8 or 9, you will need to update to 10 or 11. We no longer support those two versions of IE. You can also try using another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

If you are using version IE 10 or 11, your browser may be in compatibility view. Try doing the following:

  1. Open your IE Browser and press F12.
  2. Under the Emulation tab set your document mode to a current version such as 10 or 11. Picture Emulation
  3. Check your compatibility view settings under tools to see if "grovesite.com" is listed under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View". If it is, please remove it.
    Also, make sure that ‘Display intranet sites in Compatibility View’ and ‘Use Mircosoft compatibility lists’ are unchecked. Picture Compatibility
